M4 is a private club and membership is required for entry.

Annual basic membership is mandatory to enter the club and can be only purchased at the door, upon arrival. The “All Access Pass” (Couples Only) is the VIP Couples Membership and is not mandatory to enter the club (Only the basic membership is mandatory), however, this gives couples free entrance and access to all parties and events at the club including Halloween, New Year’s Eve and our Anniversary Bash. The VIP all access pass, can only be used by the members designated on their membership profile. Please note:  Single Females and Single Males are not eligible for the VIP All Access Membership.

EVERYONE who enters Club M4 MUST be, or become, a member.

Membership is $60 per year.

• Singles Membership: $60
• Couples Membership: $60 per couple

Memberships are not discounted or prorated. They are valid for one full year from the date of purchase.

We are often asked the following questions:

1) “I want to try the club before committing to a membership. Do I still need to buy one?”
YES

2) “We have a 12-hour layover in Toronto and only plan to visit once. Do we still need memberships?”
YES

3) “I’m the female half of a couple and want to bring a different date. Can he enter using our couples membership?”
NO
Every person entering the club must have their own valid membership. Whether your guest is male or female, they must become a member as well.

4) One of the questions we’re asked most often is whether a couple can bring a single gentleman to the Saturday Night Party — and the answer is YES!

There are a few important conditions:

• The gentleman must be or become a member. Membership is $60 per year.
  The host couple is responsible for their guest’s behavior. If he violates any club rule, everyone in the party will be asked to leave.
• The gentleman may only enter the back play areas with his host couple. He may participate with others only if specifically invited. He may not roam the play areas on his own.
• The admission fee for the male guest is $70, which is the same price paid by couples for the Saturday Night Party.

Why We Require Memberships

In 2005, the Supreme Court of Canada legalized swinging in a club environment, ruling that consensual activity conducted in a private setting did not cause harm to the community.
Based on that decision, and on legal advice we received at the time, we elected to operate as a private club.
Operating as a private club requires that memberships actually be purchased. They cannot simply be handed out, waived, or treated as optional.
Beginning in 2008, AGCO inspectors and bylaw officers visited the club regularly to review our records. With personal information redacted, we demonstrated that every person entering the club was a valid paying member.
Those inspections are now a thing of the past, but we remain extremely serious about protecting and maintaining our private club status.
